 Description of the sampler

The sampler is delivered to the Customer in disassembled form. The sampler consists of the following main parts:
• Pipe-stand (2 pcs.);
• Monorail (1 piece);
• Rotary arrow;
• Sampling probe;
• Aspiration system (turbine complete with mounting bracket and 25 m cable, cyclone-unloader, 20 m seed pipe with fixing clamps);
• Box with installed oil station;
• Control panel;
• Set of control and power cables.

 Work order

The principle of operation of the sampler is as follows: the operator with the help of the control panel, controlling the boom's hydraulic drives, sets the probe over the body of the car (trailer) with the bulk product. Having made sure that the probe is in the right position, the operator presses the "Start sampling cycle" button, while the probe is lowered through the bulk product until it touches the bottom of the car (trailer) body. Touching the bottom of the body, the probe rises to the initial position. Simultaneously with the lifting of the probe, the turbine is turned on, which sucks in the product and feeds it into the cyclone unloader installed inside the laboratory.
At the request of the customer, the sampler can be equipped with automation, which allows for automatic sampling according to the specified schemes by pressing one button.
