Automatic grain sampler COBRA-4000, Dnipropetrovsk region.

COBRA 4000 sampler - automaticgrain sampler cultures with a carriage moving along a special rail allows sampling from almost any means of transport in a wide range of distances: from 15 m to 30 m.

The sharp ego of the probe is lowered into the subject to be analyzedgrain, sucks a certain amount of ego and sends this sample through the pneumatic pipe to the laboratory.

Sampling is possible both in automatic mode for 4 types of motor vehicle bodies with programmed sampling from 1 to 10 samples, and in manual mode.

If the sampler is far from the laboratory, effective work is carried out with the help of an installed video camera.

One of the main features of the sampler is the patented system of "touching the bottom of the body". This allows you to take a sample from the body of the motor vehicle along its entire height, since the probe rises up only after it touches the bottom of the body.

The volume of the selected sample is programmed by setting the control cabinet.

The return to the initial position parallel to the traffic lane after the end of the sampling cycle occurs automatically according to the factory settings. The initial position can also be reprogrammed.

The sampler can work in winter at low temperatures (up to -40C).
