Automatic sampler Ecotec STANDART 270, Dnipropetrovsk region.

Automatic grain sampler "Ecotec STANDART 270" produced by the company "Ekotek Technologies" LLC (Ukraine).

Automatic grain sampler "Ecotec STANDART 270" is adapted to the conditions of sampling from largetrucks, withtrailers and extended sides.

This model of the sampler is designed with an increased safety margin of the structure and drives for operation in harsh climatic conditions with a service life of more than 10 years. The automatic sampler "Ecotec Standart" is traditionally made reliably, taking into account overloads and unforeseen working conditions.

Also, at the choice of the user, all models of samplers produced by our company can be equipped with one of 3 types of probes for sampling (two-flow, slot or auger). Accordingly, the length can be additionally increased for each design, as standard all samplers are equipped with a two-flow probe 2700 mm long. All probes are made exclusively of stainless steel. The working algorithm of the sampler with pneumatic supply/removal of the sample starts sampling only after immersion ingrain to the bottom of the car body. Thus, the selected sample 100% reflects the composition and does not distort the qualitative composition of the sample throughout the sampling depth.
"Ecotec STANDART 270" is ideal for intensive and continuous use and can work with a rotation of 270 degrees on double cargo lanes. The sampler works with the help of a hydraulic station with a capacity of 140 Bar, which allows you to take a sample of any moisture along the entire height of the product embankment with product penetration to the very bottom of the car body.(//tractor-service.com)
The standard equipment of the Ecotec STANDART 270 sampler includes functions and equipment for which other manufacturers will have to pay extra, but we do not charge extra for them, namely:
• Video surveillance system of the sampling zone;
• 24-inch monitor for comfortable, high-quality and fast work of the sampler operator;
• Voice announcement system. This system works by means of a microphone that is connected to the control panel for even safer sampling and notification of people at the site about the stages of sampling;
• Light warning system;
• Notification system by means of a signal (horn);
• Soft start system. (Thanks to this system, the sampler works smoothly without excessive jerking and oscillating).
• Frost-resistant/impact-resistant pipe for transporting the sample to the laboratory
