COBRA-4000 automatic grain sampler, Dnipropetrovsk region.

The Cobra sampler was specially developed for working with long road trains. The sampling zone completely covers the area of the body, which meets all international requirements.

The Cobra sampler with a moving carriage allows sampling in a wide range of distances of 15m, 20m, 25m, 30m and more.

The sharp ego of the probe is lowered into the subject to be analyzedgrain, sucks a certain amount of ego and sends this sample through a pneumatic pipe to the laboratory.

Sampling is possible both in automatic mode for 4 types of motor vehicle bodies with programmed sampling from 1 to 10 samples, and in manual mode.

If the sampler is far from the laboratory, effective work is carried out with the help of an installed video camera.

One of the main features of the sampler is the patented system of "touching the bottom of the body". This allows you to take a sample from the body of the motor vehicle along its entire height, since the probe rises up only after it touches the bottom of the body.

The volume of the selected sample is programmed by setting the control cabinet.

The return to the initial position parallel to the traffic lane after the end of the sampling cycle occurs automatically according to the factory settings. The initial position can also be reprogrammed.

The sampler can work in winter at low temperatures (up to -40C).
