Extruder EGK 200 (grain), Cherkasy region.

For large farms, we present the ECG-200 extruder with a feed capacity of 200 kg/hour! Despite its small size, the equipment can safely be called a mini-line for the production of extrudedcompound feed. Already with a built-in feed hopper, the equipment is completely ready for operation. Thanks to the augers, the unit is able to process cereals and grains, a certain amount of bran (up to 20% of the feed). Two nozzles make it possible to produce compound feed in the form of tubular sticks and flakes, up to 4 cm in size. In this form, feed is eaten by large and medium-sized animals (cows, horses, goats, sheep, pigs) and poultry. Thanks to heat treatment, the mass is disinfected, so even grain damaged by insects, not of the best quality, can be used for production. After processing, the feed is completely ready for use, it has preserved all the necessary useful substances.
