Multifunctional side loader-transloader of grain, fertilized both inseeders and for reloading into other cars, containers or tanks for KAMAZ, KAMAZ-55102, MAZ, TATA, MAN, IVECO, Mercedes.

The seeder loader consists of: an unloading auger consisting of 2 parts, a half-board with a slide valve, a hydraulic system, 2 corrugations, a winch.

Note:
Due to the fact that the majority of vehicles that unload grain and small bulk materials as well as herbicides on the side, do not have the opportunity to unload on the back, since the car cabin is too light and the car can overturn. This loader-transloader was developed for alltrucks and trailers.

The harvester-reloader "Urozhai" is installed under the body, between twowheels which can be seen in the photo.

The device for adjusting the feeding height is a winch, with the help of which it is possible to load grain, herbicides at a height of 1 to 6.5 meters. Loading and unloading of grain and herbicides is carried out by lifting the body of the car not on the back but on the side.

The overall dimensions of the device do not go beyond the size of the car, which ensures the convenience of movement with the adaptation from the current, granary to the field. For long-distance trips, there is a transport position of the auger, which is installed on top of the board in the seats.

The simplicity of the device and the properly designed transportation mechanism allow it to be used by just one person.

The drive of the unloading auger GMSh-50 (hydraulic motor) is made from the hydraulic system of the dump truck.
