Zhrp screw loader is a unit that is designed for transportation and loading ofgrains, leguminous, cereal and oil crops for the necessary height, including vehicles with high sides.

Features of the screw loader of our production:
– the full length of the loader is 9 m;
- the maximum unloading height reaches 5 m;
- productivity of the unit - up to 15 t/h (depending on the transported material and the angle of inclination);
– a pipe with a diameter of 159 mm and a wall thickness of 3.5 mm is used in the construction of the unit;
– the thickness of the screw coil is 2 mm;
– the loader is mounted on a tripod with a rail height adjustment mechanism and a 2-speed winch;
- a 3.0 kW/1000 rpm electric motor is installed on the loader, which gives an output of 400 revolutions.

The delivery set of the loader includes:
– auger – 3 sections of 3 m;
– pipe (casing) of the auger – 3 sections of 3 m;

A 220 or 380 V electric motor is installed at the customer's choice.
