It shows prophylactic, therapeutic and antisporulation properties;

Mechanism of action
Kurzat Top continues the line of fungicides based on cymoxanil from "Dupont" and is characterized by a high content of mancoceb.

Cymoxanil
It exhibits medicinal properties (stop effect) and acts as an inhibitor of sporulation.
It works by slowing down and stopping many cellular processes in pathogens.
Controls all existing races and strains of late blight, powdery mildew, and downy mildew, both resistant and sensitive to phenylamides (dr. metalaxyl).

Cymoxanil moves from the upper side of the sheet to the lower side (translaminar penetration) and redistributes within the sheet (local-systemic movement). This ensures resistance to the washing off of sediments and compensates for the incomplete coating of the leaves with the working solution, which is important for the effective protection of crops against mildew, late blight, and powdery mildew. Not a single case of resistance to cymoxanil, one of the main active ingredients of Kurzat Top v.g., was revealed. widely used in many countries of the world.

Peculiarities of the action of cymoxanil against late blight, powdery mildew and downy mildew.
Rapid penetration of cimoxanil into the leaves and stem, as well as the ability to encapsulate the infection up to 2 days after its penetration, provides flexible, highly effective control of pathogens both outside and inside the leaf.

Mankotseb
It has a contact (prophylactic) effect, provides a versatile effect on a wide range of pathogens.
Mankotseb prevents the development of pathogens on the surface of the plant by inhibiting the activity of fungal enzymes, disrupting ATP synthesis processes.

In the case of prophylactic treatment, Mancozeb effectively controls pathogens from the class of deuteromycetes - alternaria, macrosporiosis, anthracnose, septoria, rhizoctoniosis, black spot and oomycetes - late blight, powdery mildew, downy mildew. That is why the use of mancoceb is an important tool for anti-resistant programs.

Features of the action of mancozeb against alternariosis.
Due to the high content of mancozeb, Kurzat Top effectively controls the causative agents of Alternaria solania (Alternaria solani and Alternaria alternata) and provides 1700 g/ha of mancozeb at a maximum rate of 2.5 kg/ha. For adequate control of Alternaria, the minimum required amount of mancozeb is 1500 g/ha (2.3 kg/ha).

Kurzat Top, due to its complex effect on pathogens, is an effective tool for reliable control of pathogens, including in anti-resistant programs.

Kurzat Top is a highly selective fungicide in relation to processed crops, along with high efficiency against a complex of diseases, it ensures the growth of the crop and the improvement of its quality.

Fertilization with manganese and zinc.

With an insufficient amount of manganese in plants, the synthesis of organic substances decreases, the content of chlorophyll decreases. Chlorosis forms on the leaves, which later leads to the death of the leaves and weak development of the root system. Cultivated plants feel manganese deficiency in different ways, but potatoes and tomatoes are especially sensitive to this element.

An insufficient amount of zinc is determined by the quality indicators of plants, and also reduces drought, heat and cold resistance of plants. Grapes, potatoes and onions are sensitive to zinc deficiency.
Kurzat Top improves the growth and development of plants and strengthens the stability of plants by supplementing with the essential elements manganese and zinc.
The drug provides 340 g/ha of manganese and 43.2 g/ha of zinc with each treatment when used at the maximum rate of 2.5 kg/ha.

Recommendations for use

Fungicide Kurzat Top should be applied prophylactically, before the disease is noticed in the field or at an early stage of infection before the appearance of visible symptoms of the disease.

Intervals between treatments
Under normal conditions, the interval between treatments is 10-14 days.
The interval between treatments should be shortened to 7-10 days:
when growing crops under irrigation;
on very sensitive varieties to defeat;
in rainy weather, which promotes the rapid development of pathogens;
when symptoms of diseases are noticed.

Resistance to being washed away by sediments
Rainfall or irrigation within 2 hours after applying the drug can reduce its effectiveness.

Compatibility
Kurzat Top shows high compatibility withinsecticides, fungicides and microfertilizers. When used on potatoes and tomatoes, it is compatible withTitus herbicide ® 25 v.g.

Special recommendations
The program of early preventive treatments provides the best effect from the application of Kurzat Top fungicide;
Follow the recommendations of the rate of consumption, the rate of the working solution and the intervals between treatments;
To enhance the healing effect, it is recommended to add a surfactant (Trend ® 90).

Kurzat Top can be used from the beginning to the end of the protection system against phytophthora and Alternaria.

Preparation of working solution
Kurzat Top dissolves well in water, but the following procedure for preparing the working solution should be followed: fill the tank with water to 1/4 of the volume and turn on the mixer. Slowly add the required amount of Kurzat Top directly into thesprayer tank. While continuing to mix, add the rest of the water. They won't stop mixing as during cooking.
