MECHANISM AND SPECTRUM OF ACTION Kaptan:
Kaptan 80 is a broad-spectrum contact fungicide designed to protect apple trees from scab (Venturia enaequalis), gray rot of fruit,grape from downy mildew (Plasmopara viticola), oidium (Uncinula necator Buril), black spot (Phomopsis viticola Sacc), infectious wilt (Sphaeropsis malorum Berk, Eutypa armeniaceae) Hansf et Carter), gray rot (Botrytis cinerea Pers) and white rot (Sclerotinia sclerotiorum). The drug is used for the prevention of diseases, as well as as an effective agent in the initial stage of infection. Captan fungicide can be purchased at Novosad.

The action of Captan 80 is based on three mechanisms of disruption of the vital activity of pathogens, which leads to their death and excludes the possibility of resistance to the drug.

Kaptan begins to work immediately after treatment with a protective period of up to two weeks, depending on weather conditions. The first treatment with the drug is carried out at the appearance of signs of diseases, the following spraying - with an interval of 7-14 days.

COMPATIBILITY:

Compatible with manyinsecticides andfungicides, such as, for example, prochloraz, metalaxyl, penconazole, mancozeb, oxadixyl, fosetyl aluminum, etc. The drug is not compatible with alkaline substances (for example, Bordeaux liquid) and mineral oils.
