Automatic pneumatic grain sampler "STORK 440 Compact", Chernivtsi region.

How does a sampler with a screw probe work? First, the auger in the probe feeds the grain sample into the chamber located at the end of the probe, from there the sample is fed to the laboratory due to pneumatics. The sample is free of additional dust, does not lose moisture, is partially homogenized when passing through the probe, in contrast to purely pneumatic samplers. There is a wide list of options.

Advantages:

The sampling time is less than 15 seconds;
The possibility of taking a sample from any place of the body of a motor vehicle;
The sampling process is fully automated;
Fast installation (several hours);
To supply the sample to the laboratory, it is only necessary to prepare a hole for the sample supply hose;
Long-lasting, does not require special care;
Sampling without additional dust and moisture loss;
A large selection of additional functions;
High performance in any weather conditions (-40 — +50 s);
The ability to take a sample from a vehicle 4 meters high;
In the basic configuration, it is possible to supply a sample up to 100 m.(//tractor-service.com)
