CD grain dryers are used for drying food and fodder grain, grain seeds,legumes and oil crops. Hundreds of dryers are installed in more than 35 countries of the world. At the request of the customer, it is possible to supply a grain dryer in accordance with the specified productivity and overall dimensions (length, width, height). The models cover dryers with productivity in the range from 5 to 500 tons/hour.

All parts of the grain dryer are fully galvanized, galvanization — at least 275 gr./m2.

Technical features:
The grain is fed by transport equipment to the storage section of the dryer located in its upper part. Thanks to the design of the grain shaft of the CD dryer, the grain is constantly mixed as it moves from top to bottom during drying. Inside the grain shaft there are special sections of the patented "EP" design - a system of equal lateral pressure, which allows to stabilize the pressure and temperature of the hot air in the grain column of the dryer. As a result, the grain dries evenly over the entire area of ​​the grain column.

The dryers use the method of exhaust ventilation (in contrast to the widely used method of forcing hot air into the dryer), which allows in some cases to remove up to 2% of moisture from the grain without using a burner, thereby saving fuel.

To save fuel consumption during the drying process, all models of grain dryers are thermally insulated. Thanks to the fire-resistant properties of heat-insulating materials, dryers can be placed in close proximity to existing buildings, as well as placed inside them;

Adjustable grain cooling sections are located in the lower part of the grain dryer shaft, i.e. grain after drying does not require specialrefrigeration equipment.

All models of dryers are supplied with a galvanized ladder for access to the roof of the dryer to the fan section with a support platform and handrails around the roof.

Exhaust axial fans are equipped with noise suppressors and can be installed horizontally or vertically. Dampers are installed on vertical exhaust axial fans to protect against atmospheric precipitation. Fan performance adjustment is provided for various types of grain and oilseeds.

At the request of the customer, exhaust axial fans can be equipped with dust collectors.

At the customer's choice, dryers can be operated using burners for different types of fuel:
