Apollon sampler of the hydraulic telescopic type is intended for automatic sampling of the following crops: wheat,
sunflower, corn, rapeseed, barley, rye, buckwheat, oats, rice, cocoa, as well as others similar to consistency with the above, cultures with a specific weight of up to 1,000 gr./liter.
The Apollon remote hydraulic sampler provides a high-quality, simple and quick process of sampling grain crops and other bulk materials from
trucks, tanks and other containers along the entire height of the embankment, including the bottom layer, with subsequent pneumatic transportation and unloading of the sample through a cyclone-unloader.
Thanks to their design and functional features, Apollon samplers provide their owners with a number of valuable advantages:
• The Apollon sampler allows simultaneous sampling of the entire thickness of the grain in the body of the machine in one dive, including the bottom layer.
• Possibility of sampling from two streams with one sampler.
• Wireless sampler control panel.
• This model has a telescopic boom that allows you to take a sample from almost any point of the vehicle, that is, the so-called dead zone is completely absent.
• Sampling is performed automatically by pressing one button.
• When taking a grain sample, the probe is removed from the product without spilling it and creating dust.
• For ease of use, the sampler is equipped with a system of smooth adjustment of the amount of sample taken.
• The selected sample sample is delivered directly to the laboratory.
• The possibility of installing the sampler at a distance of up to 100 m from the laboratory.
• The average time spent on sampling a group of samples from one car under the condition of complete movement of the probe is 1 min.
• The sampling process is started by the operator's command from the control panel.
• The probe of the sampler is made of high-strength titanium — a containing alloy that ensures reliable and long-lasting operation of the machine and works on the principle of suction. The grain is sucked through the side holes along the entire height of the body to its bottom. The conical tip allows you to work with dense or complex material, wet corn, etc.
• Ease of maintenance and ease of use.

Description of the sampler
The sampler is delivered to the Customer in disassembled form. The sampler consists of the following main parts:
• Stand pipe;
• Pivoting arrow (1st knee);
• Sampling probe;
• Aspiration system (air blower complete with mounting bracket and 25 m cable, cyclone unloader, 20 m seed pipe with fixing clamps);
• Box with an installed oil station;
• Control panel;
• Set of control and power cables.
Apollon samplers are supplied with several sampling radii:
• Apollon sampler - 3.0 – sampling radius of 3.0 meters;
• Apollon sampler - 3.3 – sampling radius of 3.3 meters;
• Apollon sampler - 4.1 - sampling radius of 4.1 meters;
• Apollon sampler - 5.0 – sampling radius of 5.0 meters.
Work order
The principle of operation of the sampler is as follows: the operator with the help of the control panel, controlling the hydraulic drives of the booms, sets the probe over the body of the car (
trailer) with the bulk product. Having made sure that the probe is in the right position, the operator presses the "Start sampling cycle" button, while the probe is lowered through the bulk product until it touches the bottom of the car (trailer) body. Touching the bottom of the body, the probe rises to the initial position. At the same time as the probe is lifted, the blower is turned on, which sucks the product into the unloader cyclone.
At the request of the customer, the sampler can be equipped with automation, which allows for automatic sampling according to the specified schemes by pressing one button.
