The system – for single or double production – takes up little space and can be adapted to local conditions.

From the main pallet store, a system of pushers moves one pallet to the station for applying the dividing stock and then to the concreting position.

A capacious hydraulic unit with modern proportional valve technology ensures performance reserve, operational reliability and short cycle times. The transparent structure of the modules ensures simple and quick maintenance.

After demolding, the products are automatically unloaded from the production machine for curing using the ROBOTRAC computer system or the BFS maneuverable electric trolley.

Concrete is compacted by a modern central vibrator with a hydraulic clamp of the mold core. The frequency-regulated direct drive is carried out by dynamic electric motors with a wide range of revolutions. BFS is a typical cross-vibration system with improved vibration isolation from the foundation, which ensures the maximum distribution of vibration forces on the forming equipment with a minimum noise level.

Vibro-sealing elements can be used for risers and cones of wells in the production process. Supply of mounting parts can be carried out automatically or manually. Whether direct cast steel rungs or clamps, or pre-punched for later installation, BFS has a system to match.

After removing from the mold, the products are automatically removed from the production machine.

Further transportation to the hardening zone is carried out using the computerized system ROBOTRAC or the maneuverable electric trolley BFS.
