Here's how a typical Mastermatic production cycle works:

Special belt feeders feed concrete into the mold at each production station of the machine.
Using lifting core technology with a rotary compactor system (CRS), the machine fills and compacts concrete quickly.
The integrated trunnion forming process ensures accurate and uniform positioning of the profile ring throughout the filling cycle, ensuring the correct pipe length.
Unloading can be carried out automatically or with the help of an electric cart. Pallets are fed from the rear of the machine, and finished products from the front.
