In addition, PipePlus features production flexibility and the ability to change molds in as little as 10 minutes, allowing manufacturers to schedule special orders and maintain low inventory levels.

Depending on the model, a typical PipePlus installation provides an annual output of 60,000 to 70,000 tons of product, when working in one shift.

Here's how it works:

The chute of the concrete distributor automatically adjusts to the size of the form at the pouring station and starts feeding concrete into the form.
Feed rate and vibration settings are stored in the PLC for each product type (manual control also available).
After installing the tongue and groove former, the filled form is automatically pressed into a pressing cycle.
The pressing head presses the sheet pile former, forming a joint, smooths the joint surface and returns to the initial position for the next pipe.
For added flexibility, concrete pipes can be unloaded from the machine using an automatic or conventional overhead crane.

The three-position design of the PipePlus rotary table allows you to stack the stages of filling, pressing and stripping, which speeds up the production cycle and increases productivity.
