The principle of operation:
The operator submits the product intended for slicing to the conveyor tape. On the tape, the product enters horizontal cutting knives. Before the slicing area, the clamping mechanism securely fixes the product for better and even cutting. The thickness of the slicing can be adjusted by changing the set of knives. Then the sliced ​​product comes to Inspection table for further processing or the next stage of the technological cycle. Thanks to the speed regulator of the conveyor tape movement it is possible to connect the machine to an automated line.
