Car STvega Meat Slicer H400 is designed for slicing frozen meat products. The slicer is effectively used for cutting frozen meat and meat products,pork, beef, sausages, hams.
The recommended temperature for slicing the product is up to -18 °C.

Principle of operation:
The product is loaded by the operator into the feed compartment, fixed from above by a clamping mechanism for higher quality and even slicing. After that, the pusher uniformly directs the raw material to the cutting area at a given speed, where the movable guillotine knife cuts the product across the entire width of the cutting area. The thickness of the slice is adjusted manually by changing the product feeding speed and the speed of the cutting knife (manually adjusted using the control panel). After the slicing stage, the operator moves the product from the unloading area to the container for finished products.

Note: it is possible to install a base additional conveyor with adjustable belt speed for moving the finished product.
