Elevator STvega Elevator H320 is designed for pre-washing and feeding the product to a washing/cleaning machine or other equipment depending on the technological process. The elevator is equipped with an enlarged loading hopper, a moving conveyor belt and a speed controller that allows you to adjust the feed speed, the electronic part is isolated in a remote external unit.

It is possible to manufacture a feed elevator of different heights, with different sizes of the receiving hopper, conveyor belt, depending on the needs of the client.

Principle of operation:
Vegetables,fruits or other products intended for transportation are loaded into a receiving hopper filled with water. Due to the air bubbles supplied from the bottom of the hopper, products are pre-washed. The conveyor belt continuously moves and lifts the product towards the discharge to the next equipment for further operations. Using the speed controller located on the panel of the remote control unit, the operator adjusts the required conveyor speed.

Advantages of equipment:
• The conveyor belt is made of polypropylene, it is easy to remove, wash and process.
• Smooth adjustment of the speed of the conveyor belt using the speed controller directly during the conveyor operation.
• The elevator is made of SUS 304 stainless steel, except for the motor and electrical part.
• It is possible to individually adjust the height of the elevator, the width of the conveyor belt, and the size of the receiving hopper for the client.
