The STvega Belt Cutter Pro machine is designed for slicing and shredding vegetable and fruit products. Available in two models with different sizes and performance: L150 and L180. Good for slicing lettuce, cabbage, celery, leeks, spinach, Chinese cabbage,parsley (and other thin, layered vegetables). They are cut according to the principle of cross-section (shredding). Cucumbers, zucchini,eggplants (other whole vegetables and fruits) are cut with washers (slices). It is possible to purchase a separate knife for slicing the product with checkers (squares). The thickness of the slice is adjustable from 1 to 50 mm.

Working principle:
The product is placed on a conveyor belt by an operator or loaded using a feed conveyor. With the help of a conveyor, the product is transported to the slicing area, where it falls on a rotating disk cutting knife. Before the slicing zone, the product is subjected to the pressure mechanism, which positions the product, firmly fixing it with the help of a pressure head, which at the output gives a higher-quality and even cut. After the slicing stage, the product enters a pre-prepared container or a conveyor and the next technological process of processing.
