Unique features of the machine - the ability to cut the product at different angles and simultaneous supply of the product to the area of ​​slicing with two parallel ribbons, which significantly increases productivity.

The principle of operation:
Using a touch display, the product slicing settings are set. The operator manually feeds the raw material to two parallel conveyor tapes, which the product enters the slicing area. The cutting knife blade cuts the meat at a adjustable angle into slices from 2 to 100 mm thick. Slides slices on the conveyor tape fall into the exit zone, from where they move the operator to the next stage of processing.
