Use of AlSi ligature
Aluminum-silicon ligature is actively used for casting aluminum-silicon alloys AL2, ALZ, AL4, AL5, AL9, etc. Silicon content in the region of 10% allows to obtain better casting qualities. This allows to reduce defects when casting the metal itself with better quality.
