The STvega Garlic Slicer H200 machine is used for slicing clovesgarlic and other products (ginger,potatoes,strawberries, onions, apples). The machine is ideal for small production, easy to operate. Working principle:
The product intended for slicing is gradually fed by the operator into the receiving hopper. The hopper is made in the form of a curved cone, thanks to which the product is self-clamping and gradually enters the cutting zone, where it is cut using a rotating disc knife. The size of the output holes on the disc knife regulates the size of the product during cutting. The sliced product enters the container for finished products through the unloading port.
