TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND EQUIPMENT OF THE CONCRETE PLANT :

The Sumab K-30 mobile concrete plant is intended for the production of high-quality concrete and concrete mixtures, in a volume of 25-30 m3 per hour.

The mobile concrete plant is equipped with a convenient control cabin and an automatic plant control system. The modern computer system of Siemens allows to produce more than 100 recipes and types of concrete. It is possible to print out each mixture of the finished mixture in kilograms and percentages of inert materials or cement during the preparation of the concrete mixture.

The mobile plant is mounted on a container frame, which simplifies its movement to a new object.

The basic equipment of the plant includes the following elements:

1. Bunkers of inert materials 4*2.4 m3, with the possibility of increasing the sides to 3.9 m3.

Panels made of specially pressed sheets, as well as a collapsible structure connected by bolts, ensure the strength and wear resistance of the bunkers. Discharge from the 1st electro-pneumatically adjustable shutter on each bunker.

2. Sensors for weighing inert materials. Located under the pan-mixer. Dosing accuracy +/- 100 g., SIEMENS - Germany.

3. Conveyor for supplying inert materials from hoppers to the mixer, including an electric motor (0-1500 kg) It is equipped with 4 strain gauges with a high level of dosing accuracy.

4. Turbo-mixer, volume 1200/800 liters, covered with a 12 mm layer of special Hardox 400 steel.

5 quick-removable spatulas with fiberglass tips. Automatic opening shutter for ready-made concrete supply.

The special arrangement of the paddles in the mixer allows covering all parts of the mixer during mixing, thereby ensuring high quality concrete. The mixing blades are located at such an angle that the mixture is quickly mixed.

5. Doser for cement (0-300 kg) It is equipped with a strain gauge that allows accurate weighing of the material. Also, to ensure the accuracy of weighing, an excess pressure hose is installed. For more efficient unloading, the dispenser is equipped with a vibrator, and there is also a galvanized service cover. Discharge into the mixer is carried out with the help of a pneumatically controlled rotary valve.

6. Galvanized water tank, 250 liters, with built-in DANFOSS pump and water dispenser.

7. Compressed air device. It includes a compressor, pneumatic cylinders, pneumatic distributors, valves, air regulators andhoses for supplying compressed air. Maximum working pressure: 10 bar.

8. Automated mobile concrete plant control system using a reliable programmable logic controller (PLC) Siemens S7-1200. The Siemens screen touch panel allows production in automatic and manual mode.

9. Pump of chemical additives withhose with automatic control from RS.

Warranty: 24 months.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:

1. Cement feeding auger – diameter 220 mm, length 4.5 meters.

It is equipped with a 4.5 kW engine and gearbox and has galvanized service covers.

2. Conveyor for feeding ready-made concrete from the mixer. Length 12 m, width 1000 mm.

3. Cement silo, 30-100 tons (including level indicators, filter, ladder, fences, etc.).
