TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND EQUIPMENT OF THE CONCRETE PLANT

The Sumab B 2200 mobile concrete plant is intended for the production of high-quality concrete and concrete mixtures, in the volume of 30-50 m3 per hour. The exact performance indicators of the plant depend on the type and brand of concrete produced, as well as on the inert materials used in the production of concrete, cement and the amount of chemical additives.

The mobile concrete plant is equipped with a convenient control cabin and an automatic plant control system. The modern computer system Icon allows to produce 25 recipes and types of concrete. It is possible to print out each mixture of the finished mixture in kilograms and percentages of inert materials or cement during the preparation of the concrete mixture.

The basic equipment of the plant includes the following elements

1. Fully automated mobile concrete plant, 30-50 m3 per hour.

Located on a 2-axis frame. It can be transported as a trailer at a speed of 40 km/h.

2. Bunker of inert materials, 2 x 3.5 m3, with side expanders of more than 5 m3
