Dvoryadnaprecision seeding planter "Econom" was obtained as a result of modernization of the planter for garlic bulbs. The modernized seeder allows you to sow not only aerial garlic seeds, but also beets, beans, peas, soybeans and other crops with seeds of similar size.
This seeder can be used with walk-behind tractors from 6 hp. or motor tractors, both factory assembled and assembled using our kit.
As with all Kryuchkov planters, the seeding mechanismprecise seeding planters for the walk-behind tractor is driven by soil-hoe wheels. The torque is transmitted to the drive shaft by means of a chain transmission through a system of sprockets.
The depth of seed wrapping is regulated by changing the position of the coulter in height. Adjustment of the width between the rows is carried out by moving the hopper along the frame. The step of planting in a row varies due to the change in the transmission ratio on the drive of the seeder and the use of variable drums with different numbers of holes.
When sowing, the depth of seed wrapping is up to 60 mm, and the width of the rows is adjustable from 350 to 600 mm.(//tractor-service.com)
Two hoppers, each with a volume of 7.5 liters, are installed on the precision seed drill for the walk-behind tractor. Alsothe precision seed drill is completed with two sets of metering drums, the diameter of the holes in which is 10 and 12 mm. A drum with a cell diameter of 12 mm has 3 holes, and a drum with a cell of 10 mm has 10 holes. The first drum provides a seeding step of 300 and 400 mm, and the second - 40 and 50 mm.
It is also worth noting that it is possible to modify the drums for individual needs. Drums without holes can be purchased for recycling. In addition, an additional set with a row marker is possible.
