Wringing machines are used to separate blanched or crushed fruits into two fractions: liquid with small pulp particles and hard (stones, seeds, skin, stalks). Wiping consists in pushing the product through the holes in the perforated drum under the action of the centrifugal force that occurs when the rotor with the whips rotates in the drum.
The machine is made entirely of stainless steel, mounted on 2wheels with brakes; loading hopper with auger and safety grid; a single-phase or three-phase motor, a rotating shaft with a special adjustable plate - an internal basket made with different holes for adaptation to different fruits. Standard holes from 0.8 to 12 mm.
Sieves: 10 mm - peach; 8mm -apricot, 6mm - plum, 3mm - cherry, apple, 1mm - berries, cleaning the puree from the skins, after rubbing on sieves with large holes; 0.8 mm - berries.
The set includes a sieve of 6 mm.
The productivity of the machine depends on the type of product, its maturity, and also on the degree of preliminary processing, if necessary. Productivity also directly depends on the selected perforation (the smaller it is, the smaller the productivity).
