We produce Granule Screener:

- This Granule Screener,Compound feed, is intended for screening and separation of non-granulated product mass in technological lines of granulation ofcompound feed,bran and grain processing products.

Device and operation of the cooling column:

1. The basis of the Rassev table is the Rassev frame 1. The grating bed 3 is located inside the frame 1 and is suspended from it by four rubber suspensions 10. Behind the frame is the shaking mechanism 4, driven by an electric motor through a belt transmission. In front of the frame, a finished product discharge pipe 6 is fixed, below the grating mill 3 is a non-granular material discharge pipe 7. On top of the frame, KO-5.5 (Fig. 2a) has a cooling hopper 2 with one air duct 9 and a fan, a sluice gate 5. On KO-11 and KO-15, the hopper is installed on a separate frame (Fig. 2b), has two air ducts 9 and two fans.

Work of the Granule Sieve:

The formed granules are fed by the conveyor (Fig. 1) through the sluice gate 5 (Fig. 2) into the cooling hopper 2. At this time, the fan included in the complex must be started, the gate valve 8 and the air damper 13 must be closed. As soon as the lower layer of granules has cooled to the required temperature, it is necessary to start the shaking mechanism, open the gate valve to feed the hardened granules to the sieve bed 3. During the operation of the sieve bed, the non-granulated part of the product passes through the holes of the sieve 14 and is discharged through the discharge nozzle 7. The whole granules remain on top of the sieve, roll down it and are discharged through the nozzle 6.

When filling the hopper above the level of the lower air windows, it is necessary to open the air damper so that the heated air comes out more intensively. The level of the product in the bunker is controlled visually through viewing windows 11.
