We offer a line for the production of "PINI-KAY" fuel briquettes with a capacity of 200 kg/h from wood waste (sawdust) and agricultural waste with a fraction of up to 5 mm.
The price is UAH 170,000. Turnkey (the price includes installation supervisor, start-up and training of employees).
This line for the production of fuel briquettes is intended for pressing fuel briquettes from wood waste.

2.2. Aerodynamic drying, intended for drying raw materials to a humidity of 9-10% ,
2.3. Cyclone - intended for separation of dry mass from air.
2.4. Fan - provides air flow necessary for drying raw materials in the drying unit.
3.Screw conveyor is intended for feeding dry raw materials from the drying complex to the briquetting press.
4. Briquetting press - pressing of fuel briquettes
5. Ventilation of the press.

4. The screw conveyor is intended for feeding dry raw materials from the hopper to the briquetting press.

The manufacturer undertakes to replace or repair the installation free of charge under the conditions of operation of the installation during the warranty period.
Warranty period of operation is 6 months from the day of receiving the installation.
