Installation of devices is carried out without disassembling the cutting devices of grain headers. The left and right dividers of rapeseed tables have two active knives and special bean segments in their design. The unique design of the divider drives prevents the device from vibrating during operation.
The principle of operation of rapeseed tables
The following stages of the technological process can be distinguished: During the movement of the harvester along the field, the rapeseed field is divided into several vertical strips by the vertical knives of the cutting devices, the horizontal knives cut the rapeseed stalks in a horizontal plane, and the reels capture the stalks and feed them to the auger of the harvester, supporting them during cutting. Next, the auger directs the stalks to the central part of the harvester, and then the rapeseed is fed to the thresher through the spacer beater. There are various sets of rapeseed tables. So, in PRM models, side active dividers with a mechanical drive with a fingerless cutting device have a height of 130 cm, and their purpose is to separate mowed stems from non-mowed stems.
Thanks to the use of rapeseed harvesting equipment, crop losses are reduced by 30% compared to the traditional method of harvesting with direct-flow headers of combine harvesters, in addition, harvesting with a rapeseed table can be carried out in any weather while maintaining high productivity.
