Rapeseed table (adjustment) PR of the NEW generation, intended for conversion of grain headers of domestic and imported harvesters for direct harvesting of rapeseed. It is used in all soil and climatic zones. Provides a significant reduction in losses during cleaning.
CONSTRUCTION DIFFERENCES AND ADVANTAGES:
• In contrast to the designs of other manufacturers, which hang on the sides of the headers, which inevitably leads to their deformation and destruction, when aggregating with an auger header of the combine, the main mass of the rapeseed table (adjustment) is evenly distributed along the cutting apparatus;
• Significantly reduced time and simplified process of assembling a rapeseed table (adjustment) with an auger header, in comparison with other designs, as there is no need to dismantle the header and dividersheader;
• Thanks to the original design of the frame, the weight was reduced and the strength of the rapeseed table (adjustment) increased, which made it possible to eliminate the sagging (deflection) of the table and reduce the load on the harvester, hitch andharvester as a whole;
• The original kinematics of the drives of the working bodies of the rapeseed table (adjustments) excludes vibration, which reduces the load on the harvester (the resource of the harvester and combine is not reduced);
• The original design of the knife head does not require guides, which eliminates its breakage and reduces maintenance time;
• Lateral active dividers are tilted forward in the direction of the harvester, which allows to eliminate the resistance of the mass on the harvester during cutting and reduces the loss of seed spillage;
• For convenience of operation, replacement, storage, side active dividers are removable;
• The original design of the drive of the active divider, together with the use of bifurcated bean segments "John Deere", ensures high quality of the cut and smoothness of the knives, in comparison with analogues, reduces the time for its assembly/disassembly;
• On the working surface of the rapeseed table (adjustment), a rib (edge) is placed, which allows to prevent seeds from spilling onto the field, reducing losses during harvesting and thereby occupying the rapeseed table (adjustment);(//tractor-service.com)
• The right side (in the direction of the harvester) of the rapeseed table (adjustment) is removable and adjustable, which facilitates aggregation and excludes the possibility of the reel hitting the side of the table;
• When painting the product, high-quality imported paint and varnish products with an anti-glare effect, resistant to friction and environmental effects, are used.
The use of this rapeseed table (adjustment) of the NEW generation PR reduces rapeseed losses during self-harvesting by up to 15% compared to traditional harvesting with the help of a direct-flow combine harvester and is effective in any weather.
