Cultivator 4 meters with roller, Dnipropetrovsk region.

Cultivator trailer-overheadpre-sowing treatment soil KPPO/KNPO-4 is intended for continuous soil cultivation, as well as for pre-sowing treatment. Can work on raw stubble. The design of the frame and working bodies allow the cultivator to work very efficiently and evenly and level the top layer of the soil to a depth of 5-15 cm. The effective anti-erosion effect of the unit on the cultivated field surface should be noted in particular. For the best leveling of the field and grinding of large lumps, the cultivator is equipped with a 2-row finishing spring harrow. The cross-section of the rake of the spring harrow is 12 mm. For finer crushing of earth clods and leveling, a roller is installed behind the spring harrow (additional option). The design of the cultivator allows to increase the service life of the cultivator parts. Protective mechanisms prevent the frame from breaking and damage to the working parts in the event of a collision in the ground with stones or slabs. The KPPO/KNPO cultivator performs several operations in one pass, thus allowing to achieve economy of fuel and lubricants, as well as amortization and working time of the tractor. The cultivator is adapted to work at a high working speed (up to 13 km/h), which allows you to achieve greater productivity. For working on stubble by chiseling, the cultivator can be equipped with chisel paws. The recommended power of the tractor is 20-22 hp. per 1 meter width of the cultivator. The cultivator can be used in all soil and climatic zones. The system must be correct and meet the technical requirements of the tractor.
