Advantages:
(//tractor-service.com)
The widest range of action against dicotyledonous weeds.
Control of tenacious podmarenki in all phases of development.
Broad terms of use: highly selective for cereal grain crops (from germination to the appearance of a flag leaf) and undemanding to air temperature (works from +5 ˚С).
Low application rates ensure convenience and ease of use.
Compatible with most pesticides and liquid fertilizers.
No restrictions on crop rotation.
Suitability for autumn use.
Mechanism of action
After processing, the active substances of the drug quickly penetrate the leaves and move in the plants to the growth points. The action of the drug consists in suppressing the enzyme acetolactate synthase and the subsequent blocking of the formation of valine and isoleucine, disrupting the process of synthesis of proteins and nucleic acids. At the same time, cell division and plant growth of sensitive weed species stop within 3 hours after application.
Properties
Visible symptoms of action (arrest of growth, chlorosis, necrosis, reddening of leaves, whitening of tops) appear after 4-7 days, and complete death of weeds occurs after 14-28 days. Insensitive and overgrown weeds may not die, but their growth and further development slows down significantly. Warm, humid weather increases the effectiveness of the herbicide, while cool and dry weather slows down its effect.
General recommendations:
The highest effectiveness of the drug is observed when spraying annual weeds in the 2-6 leaf phase, perennial weeds in the rosette phase (10-15 cm). The herbicide must be used in a mixture with the surfactant Alfalip Extra. The drug cannot be used if the plants are wet from dew or rain, as well as if rain is expected within 3 hours after treatment. Avoid using the drug during heat, drought, frost, strong wind and other adverse weather conditions. For autumn application, avoid frost for 14 days after application. To obtain the highest efficiency, it is necessary: spraying should be carried out at a wind speed of no more than 5 m/s and air humidity not lower than 50%; observe the uniformity and quality of spraying over the entire field area; use Alfalip Extra surfactant; the agitator
sprayer must work throughout the processing time.
The rate of consumption of working fluid - 200-400 l/h.
