Description:
BF-6 glue is a transparent alcohol solution with a red or yellowish tint.
It has high adhesive strength, is resistant to weathering and mechanical damage.
Has high resistance tooil, kerosene, gasoline, acids, fungus and mold. Slightly less resistant to alkalis, acetone and alcohol.
It should be noted that segments of parachute domes are glued with this glue.
BF-6 glue is used to repair fabric, linen, carpets, clothes, leather, and also glues mycolent paper with metallized polyethylene terephthalate film well.
Medical glue BF-6 is widely used as a wound healing agent. The insulating film of glue applied to a wound or burn protects against the penetration of pathogenic microbes into the injured area and promotes the fastest possible healing.

Possible seams are cleaned and slightly moistened with water. Next, the fabric is carefully wrung out and two layers of glue are applied to the glued edge, drying each time. After the glue stops sticking to the hand, the edges of the fabric on which the glue is applied are pressed together, after which the seam is heated with an iron with extreme caution. The iron should be pressed through a slightly damp cloth for a few seconds (short, 2-4 seconds). After a pause of 12-15 seconds, the operation must be repeated. And so - several times until the surface to be glued is completely dry. Next, the surface must be cooled, and it will be considered that the gluing process is finished.
