It is produced strictly according to STATE STANDARD 22345-77.

It is used for compounds where special strength is required, as well as in conditions of high temperatures and aggressive environments. It is used for gluing parts made of various materials: steel, duralumin alloys, textolites, glass-textolites, heat-resistant foams, asbestos materials and honeycomb materials, made on the basis of fiberglass impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde resin and other materials between themselves.

The specific composition of VS-10 t requires special handling.

Glues are stored and transported in sealed packaging. If the transportation is carried out at a low temperature, before use, the composition must be kept at 25-35 C or heated in a thermal cabinet at 35-40 C. The container should not be opened. If the composition is heated enough, it becomes transparent and uniform.

Bonded surfaces - blocks, heat-resistant plastics, fiberglass, metals, etc., are cleaned of rust, scale, and ordinary dirt before gluing in order to obtain a uniform roughness. For this, sandpaper 4-6 or corundum is used. Then the surface is degreased with acetone or gasoline.

Gluing is allowed after no more than 6 hours, otherwise the surface loses its properties. Dry materials after cleaning for at least 15–20 minutes.

Heat-resistant glue VS-10t is applied to brake pads or other parts with a brush. If the size of the elements is small, they can be immersed in the adhesive solution. The brush moves in one direction. If the material sinks, then after that it is necessary to wait up to 1 minute for the excess glue to drain.

The tails on the ends of the products are cleaned with a scalpel.

According to the instructions, the surface coated with the first layer is kept for up to 1 hour so that the solvent evaporates.

Then a second layer is applied and also kept for 1:00.

The pads to be connected are placed in a press, the minimum pressure is 1-5 kgf/sq. see. Then the press together with the parts to be connected are placed in a thermal cabinet with a temperature of 180 C. The products are kept for 2 hours.

You can use the product after gluing after 12 hours.

Storage:
Store and transport glue in a hermetically sealed container. The warranty period of storage is 8 months.
