Pipes for the production of hydraulic cylinders from 30 to 500 mm
Pipes are intended for the production of hydraulic cylinder sleeves, welded or seamless, hot-rolled or cold-drawn, production of hydraulic cylinders.
The VK series is delivered without heat treatment. The VK+S series is improved by vacuum after extraction (cold) or release in an inert gas environment. The NBK series is normalized in an environment exceeding the critical value in terms of temperature.
In order to protect against corrosion, the pipes are covered with a preservative composition.(//tractor-service.com)
Pipes with a length of 4-10 m are supplied and this length is fixed. It is also possible to cut to order to any length when ordering from 200 mm.

• Inner diameter ISO H8 / Roughness of inner surface max Ra 0.4 μm;
• Inner diameter ISO H9 / Roughness of inner surface max Ra 0.6 μm;
• Internal diameter ISO H10 / Roughness of the internal surface max Ra 1.0 μm.
