Tolerance: ISO f7 (ISO h7 or another - on request)
Ovality: a maximum of ½ of the permissible deviation from the diameter.
Standard length: 6000 ±300 mm
Special length: at the request of the client.
On request, rods of fixed or cut length can be supplied.
Surface roughness: Ra - max. 0.20 µm (most often from 0.10 to 0.15 µm)
The thickness of the chrome coating:
< Ø 20 = min 15 µm
≥ Ø 20 = min 20 µm
Microhardness of the chrome layer: min 900 HV0.1
Straightness:
Ø > 16 mm = max 0.2 mm / m
Ø ≤ 16 mm = max 0.3 mm / m
All rods are delivered packed in a plastic or cardboard tube.
The material of the rods is CK45, 42CrMoV4 and others.
Hardness of 32-65 HRC
Check

After chrome plating, each rod is checked according to the following parameters:
- the concentricity of the chrome surface
- surface characteristics
- size tolerance

- the thickness of the chrome layer
