The ioil.com.ua-10w dosing controller allows you to automate the dosing process of liquid substances, it is used as part of automatic filling machines when dosing the same volume repeatedly or each time a different volume.

the controller is successfully used in the composition of mini gas stations, in the cosmetic, chemical industry, and in food production.

dosage ranges

1) from 1 ml to 9999 ml, the resolution of the task is up to 0.001 ml.

2) from 1 l to 9999 l, the resolution of the task is up to 0.001 l

accuracy depends on the applied flow sensor, the controller itself does not introduce errors.

to assemble the pouring machine, it is enough to equip it with an electronic valve or apump, a flow sensor + a fitting.

working principle:

1) the user submits a key label (if authorization is enabled)

2) the user dials the required amount of volume that needs to be shipped

3) the controller starts the executive device (pump, valve)

4) upon reaching the required volume and length, the controller turns off the executive device and issues a signal to the operator, making an entry in the log about the operation.

5) if the controller's operating mode is a conveyor, repeated dosing will start automatically when the "permission" terminal is closed, otherwise the controller will go into standby mode for new tasks.

the event log, the user base are stored in the controller, information is downloaded or edited in text format when connected to a PC via an rs-485/usb converter.
