The vibrocetrobezhny separatorgrain is intended for preliminary and primary cleaning of the grain pile of corn, grain,legumes and butter crops from separated impurities.
In the grain cleaning unit, there are 3 tiers of sieves, each consisting of 2 sections, which, through an electric drive and a vibrator, receive rotational and oscillating motion. The grain entering the grain cleaning unit is fed into the dispenser, and from it to the fan. Under the influence of the winnowing blades, the grain is scattered, pressed against the sieves by centrifugal force, sliding under its own weight and the oscillatory movement of the sieves.
On the sieves, air separates the grain heap into fractions:
- light impurities;
- small impurities and crushed grain;
- large impurities;
- pure grain.
Light impurities, dust, plant residues are removed from the grain mixture by means of suction from the fan in the upper part of the grain cleaning unit by a fan through the settling tank. In the settling tank, the air mixture is separated into light impurities and air. To clean the sieves from the sticking of impurities and grains on each tier of the sieves, there are cleaners in the form of a set of brushes and rubber discs.
The quality of cleaning is regulated by the valve of the dispenser of the grain cleaning unit and the air valve of the settling tank. With an increase in load, the air speed in the pneumoaspiration channels should be reduced, and with a decrease in load, it should be increased.

The operational productivity of the separator depends on:
- from processed culture;
- the moisture content of the initial material;
