Vibro-centrifugal grain separators, intended forcleaning of grain and seedsgrains, cereal and leguminous crops from garbage and grain impurities, in mechanized lines at elevators, mills, grain factories and seed cleaning plants factories.
Intensive separation occurs under the action of the inertial forces of the rotating and oscillating movements of the particles of the material to be cleaned. The working bodies are vertical cylindrical sieves that rotate and oscillate, and ring pneumatic separating channels with a centrifugal supply of the material to be separated.
Separators are manufactured in three versions: one (BCS25), two (BCS50), four (BCS100) unified cleaning units. If one of them (or several) fails, the others can continue to work. The autonomy of the operation of each cleaning unit allows simultaneous cleaning ofseveral grain crops, rational use of cleaning units depending on the amount of grain received for cleaning.
