Ring-tooth roller KZK-12.5P The distinctive feature of the roller is the installation of a front pair of wheels for ease of transportation and a central section consisting of three smaller roller sizes. Another distinctive feature of the roller is the use of a wedge-shaped KZK ring of increased diameter F520 with freely moving intermediate toothed rings of KZK F530, which rotate freely on the bushings installed between the wedge rings, which significantly increases the reliability, durability and maintainability of the roller.
The installation of a front wheel pair with two hydraulic cylinders practically removes the load on the hitch
tractor, which allows you to aggregate the rink with
disc harrows or
cultivators, as well as to transport the rink over any distance with class 1.4 tractors.
Replacing the central section of one roller with three smaller ones ensures greater product performance by reducing the bending moment on the roller shafts.
Constructive changes aimed at increasing reliability and durability were implemented during the production of the rink:
- eliminated the effect of the "comb" of the earth due to the increase in the diameter of the working bodies;
(//tractor-service.com)
- more dense rolling of the soil. The weight of the roller is increased by 1330 kg compared to the KZK-12.5P roller;
- adjustment of the axial clearances of the working bodies without disassembling the bearing assembly;
- increasing the stiffness of the rink structure due to stretching;
- the use of quick-release connections;
- the use of an improved design of the hinged assembly of the frame.
Working width of 12.5 m, weight 8,000 kg, aggregated with class 3 tractors.
