KZK-10P ring-toothed rink, Dnipropetrovsk region.

Ring ring-toothed KZK-10P hydrofed

Ring-tooth roller KZK-10P hydrotreated, Roller roller mods:
Ring-tooth roller KZK-10P Ring F460, cast iron, base 3609
Ring-tooth roller KZK-10P-01 Ring F360, cast iron, base 3609 Ring-tooth roller KZK-10P-02 Ring F520, cast iron, base 3609 The distinctive feature of the roller is the use of a wedge-shaped KZK ring of increased diameter F520 with freely moving intermediate rings toothed KZK F530, which rotate freely on bushings installed between wedge rings, which significantly increases the reliability, durability and maintainability of the roller.
The use of a wedge ring of KZK F520 with toothed rings of KZK F530 made it possible to make the skating rink a highly efficient unit at the expense of:
- elimination of the effect of the "comb" of the earth due to the increase in the diameter of the working organs;
- more dense rolling of the soil. The mass of the roller is increased by 600 kg compared to theroller KZK-10P;(//tractor-service.com)
- more complete grinding of heavy lumps of earth.
Constructive changes aimed at increasing reliability and durability were implemented during the production of the rink:
- adjustment of the axial clearances of the working bodies without disassembling the bearing assembly;
-strengthening of the frame in highly loaded nodes;
-increasing the stiffness of the rink structure due to stretching;
- the use of quick-release connections;
`-application of the improved design of the hinged frame unit.
Soil processing with this roller improves the flow of moisture to the seeds, reduces its evaporation, improves the contact of the seeds with the soil and accelerates their germination, which leads to optimal emergence of seedlings and sustainable development of the crop.
Working width of 10 m, mass 5750 kg, aggregated with class 3 tractors.
