The separator is designed for calibrating and cleaning seed and commercial material:cereals,legumes, vegetables, fodder crops, as well as various bulk mixtures (gravel, sand,coal, ore..)

Loading into the machine is carried out by a noria, and the processed grain is taken from the trays to receiving hoppers or to conveyor belts. The exhaust air, containing dust and light impurities of garbage, can be taken out of the machine with the help of an air duct or sent for cleaning to a cyclone or an aspiration chamber.

The ISM-50 separator does not have any sieves, brushes, lubrication points or other replaceable consumable parts.

The location of the block-impeller directly in front of the separation chamber provides energy savings several times higher than the consumption of similar models, reducing the loss of air flow power.

In just one pass, the separator cleans grains with high accuracy (+/- 3%) and separates them into separate fractions by weight. Stones fall into the first tray, grain with the maximum specific gravity falls into the second and third, commercial grain into the fourth and fifth, and the last trays are used to collect fodder.
