Separator ISM-5 for cleaning and calibrating grain, fan calibrator, Chernivtsi region.

I will sell a separator for cleaning and calibrating grains IСМ-5

Productivity 5 t/h - cleaning
up to 3 t/h - calibration

The machine forgrain cleaning IСМ-5, or grain separator, is designed for cleaning and calibration - i.e. separation by weight, of seeds of various crops: barley, wheat, oats, corn, millet, sunflower, peas, mustard, rice, soy, sorghum, vetch, lupine, cumin, flax, vetch, grass seeds, rapeseed, buckwheat, vegetable seeds, melon seeds, bean seeds ...

The use of this equipment allows to increase productivity by 35%. The machine (air separator) separates the material in the air flow depending on the mass and shape of the seeds. Moisture and contamination do not affect the accuracy of calibration, which allows you to get material with high sowing qualities.

The ISM-5 installation can be used both in farms that are engaged in the cultivation of seed material, and in farms that want to significantly improve productivity without additional introduction of fertilizers.

The operation of the ISM-5 installation does not require the presence of highly qualified personnel.(//tractor-service.com)
The main advantage of the ISM air machine over sieve machines is the possibility of grain separation not only by size, but also by particle mass (selects damaged, traumatized and empty grains).

The separator is very easy to maintain, reliable, able to replace the machines of the existing line, easily integrated into existing cleaning and calibration lines.

It has very low energy consumption.
