Seeder "Nika-6" has two capacious hoppers - 1300 l for seeds and 525 l for fertilizer, which creates prerequisites for high productivity and lower costs for reloading the seeder during sowing. Moreover, when dismantling the inter-bunker partition, the capacity of the grain bunker increases to 1825 l.

For the formation of an ideal seed bed, a design of offset placement of the coulter discs is used, which also protects it from clogging with stones. At the same time, the first disk cuts through a straight sowing line, cuts the harvest residues, and the second loosens the soil and prepares the seed bed.

The set depth of seed sowing is achieved due to the mechanism of pressure springs, which, in addition to adjusting the depth, allow the coulter mechanism to copy the surface of the seeded area.
