Cleaning is not required, 100% clam fillet is completely ready for use.
The mollusk was removed from the shell, cleaned of inedible parts and intestines, washed by hand in clean sea water and frozen at a temperature (-26 C).

It should be boiled in boiling water for no more than 2-3 minutes; do not wait for the water to boil again, immerse the rapana in boiling water, wait 2-3 minutes and drain the water completely - the rapana is ready for use, addoil, balsamic andspices to taste.

It is important not to overcook the rapana for more than 3 minutes! So that her meat does not become hard.
