The mollusk was removed from the shell, cleaned of inedible parts and intestines, washed in clean sea water by hand and frozen at a temperature of -26 C.
So that it is not hard, it should be boiled in boiling water for no more than 2-3 minutes; don't wait
re-boil the water, immerse the rapana in boiling water, wait 2-3 minutes and drain the water completely - the rapana is ready for use, addoil, balsamic andspices to taste.
