Principle of operation:
The cheese is loaded into the hopper, after which the rotating drum moves the product to the perforated sieve under the action of friction. With forward and reverse rotation, the cheese is pressed through the holes of the sieve, forming uniform granules. The size and density of the finished product is controlled by changing the speed of the drum and selecting a mesh with a certain density. If the machine is used to shred denser or clumpy pieces of cheese, they are shredded by the extrusion force of the rotating knife and mesh plate. The size of the fractions is determined by the diameter of the sieve holes.
