This is a new type of Alfa Laval milk cooler. This model is also known as "Compact". This is a unique and very aesthetically pleasing tank. The control panel and the cleaning system are integrated inside the outer shell of the tank. The cleaning system works according to the principle of "empty agitator axes": water passes through the axis of the agitator to rotating spray heads that spray water inside the tank.

The main advantage of this model is ease of installation, just connect to an electrical outlet, bring hot and cold water and the tank is ready for use. Installation costs are minimal.
