The automatic machine ensures the accuracy and uniformity of product filling, which is especially important when working with liquid products. Principle of operation:
This equipment is an automatic machine for pumping a dosed product from any container using asuction hose into a Bag-in-Box package. Filling the Bag-in-Box with the required product is carried out using apump connected to the filling gun. After the filling of the product is completed, the valve of the bag is mechanically put on with the help of pistons and a lever that are sealed. The steps of pumping out air from the bag, controlling dosage and filling level are monitored and adjusted on the operator's touch control panel.
