The automatic bottling line is designed for hot filling of juice into glass bottles with twist-off screw caps.

A complete complete line for bottling juice consists of the following elements:
1. Rotary table
The bottling line is equipped with two rotary tables: one at the beginning and one at the end. Tables are intended for receiving bottles before filling and at the end of filling.
2. Monobloc
The monobloc consists of a rinser, a filler and a rotary capping machine for bottles of different sizes.
3. Magnetic cap feeder
The magneticelevator is intended for feeding Twist-off caps to the bottling line. The magnetic belt transports the lids from the storage hopper. The sorting block eliminates incorrectly positioned covers from the magnetic belt to the hopper.
4. Cooling tunnel

5. Device for determining the vacuum.
The device for determining the vacuum is intended for monitoring the vacuum inside filled bottles after cooling.
6. Bottle dryer
The dryer is intended for drying bottles after cooling. The machine uses the "Air Knife" drying system.
7.Sterilizer with the function of tilting the bottle
The equipment is intended for sterilization of lids from the inside. Tilting the bottles to the side, the hot liquid contacts the bottle cap and neck, thereby sterilizing the inside of the bottle and the cap.
